TransAction Resources is an independent consulting firm established in 1994 with people in Australia and the United Kingdom. We provide advice and support to retailers, merchants and government bodies around the world on payment cards, transaction banking, electronic payments, loyalty and database marketing.

We have worked for clients in many countries, and this has allowed us to develop an international perspective of current trends and best practice in our area of expertise. We have experience in a range of different merchant environments including the oil industry, fast food, supermarkets, hardware, consumer goods, travel, transport, and government. Our experience gained across a wide range of projects allows us to bring a considerable body of knowledge to assist our clients in developing innovative solutions.

We offer a blend of marketing, commercial and technology skills which allow us to deliver a range of services from strategy development, feasibility studies and commercial negotiations through to system design and project management.

Our focus is to ensure that we deliver a bottom-line return to our clients and to work closely with their staff in order to understand their objectives and priorities. We also believe it is important for us to transfer knowledge to the client team.

In the regulatory arena, we have worked with both individual merchants and merchant associations to prepare and make submissions to inquiries and reviews of payment systems in Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the United States. In some cases, we have also acted as advisors and expert witnesses in supporting litigation.

As the world of electronic payments becomes more complex and specialised, we act as an expert outside resource for our clients to assist them to offer their customers the full range of payment options, with maximum convenience and at the lowest cost.

TransAction Resources does not sell, or act as agent for, any technology products, payment or loyalty programs. This allows us to be truly independent and to recommend the best and most cost-effective solutions, tailored to the unique requirements of each client.
